The individual who works with a company that distributes its products through a network marketing system is to be considered an independent contractor. As such, it is not normally subject to the obligations of the invoiced amount or percentage limits on income. 

The basis of any MLM or Network Marketing company there must be the following milestones :

Market: as the network grows normally with a large number of distributors, the product / service must be a market for large numbers or booming. In fact, many MLM companies operating in FMCG.

Product: eliminating the cost of intermediation and connecting the parent company to the end consumer through his "word of mouth" helps the conveyance of products, many resources are invested in developing these, for this reason, tend to be of high quality or still higher than those conveyed by large retailers.
